Great! We're happy to work directly with your plan manager. Please send the following details to hey@dosey.com:
- Plan Manager's Name & Invoice Payable Email
- Your Name, Email, Phone Number, and Delivery Address
- NDIS Number
- Product and Colour Selections
We'll forward the invoice to your plan manager, and once payment is processed, we’ll ship your order.
Please note: We cannot guarantee that your items will be in stock by the time payment is received, as plan managers may take 6-8 weeks to complete payment.
To secure your order, you can place it online as usual and request an invoice from us at hey@dosey.com, quoting your order number. You can then submit this invoice to your plan manager for reimbursement.
